For both small and standard sized plates this features adjustable shoulder pads with hook and loop tabs for a custom fit around shoulder D-ring and harness accessories (e.g. Scout light), the Backplate pad has an integrated storage pocket to carry lift devices, and a Stainless steel bolt kit for mounting is included.
